From sausage to soybean burger

Sibylla was one of the first fast-food brands in Sweden. It received the "Superbrand" award and is one of Sweden's best-known brands.

Sibylla works according to a business model where independent franchisees run restaurants get access to the company's products, brand, and marketing so that the concept and food are consistent in all 160 restaurants, from Ystad in the south to Kiruna in the north.

I was commissioned as an Art Director to work on a cookbook for Sibylla's franchisees together with Stenmark & Co.
